Have you ever heard of someone working out their organ system? I  mean working toning their heart, liver, lungs? Maybe not, probably sounds strange lol. There are simple movements that can assist in keeping you healthy like for instance walking, yoga and tai qi. Qi Gong has so many benefits if you practice it regularly. It’s so good that i wrote about it on this blog before. I’m currently on my Kundalini yoga thang, i’ll tell you about that one next time. Back to Qi Gong though, if you want to have more energy, more will power, a wider aura, to increase your magnitizim and be happy inside and out. You have to try Qi Gong out for real. I have a teacher who taught me most of what i know about Qi gong. I will post a link to the video where you can learn too if  you would like. Oh yes, Qi gong will help you sleep better, focus longer, regulate your blood pressure too. Sounds good huh?

There are benefits that come out everyday about exercises that no one would think would have the great benefits they have. This is no exception. Trust me I’m 34 and I’m getting older by the minute but i enjoy having a body that is happy, healthy and together to my standards. Qi gong works the entire body, and i notice it works your buns too. It worked mine out anyway. Beyond that, I feel younger than what i really am. I know that.How do you feel right now? Do you need some more juice to get going? Well, here you go…look up this work out when you’re done.

What’s your standard healthy- hot-body look like? Take some notes on this one. Qi gong is one thing that does a body good. Did you get that? You better! By the time you write your list I would have just gotten finished with my Qi gong routine. I honestly stopped working out to write some of this article because the results I’m getting are some powerful from this stuff.  So, lets get into it..why Qi gong? What the heck it is anyway? It’s a type of martial arts practice actually. This type of martial arts is for the cultivation of your life force energy though. Life force meaning, the invisible body that mobilizes your entire physical body. Confusing? of course it is! It’s all good though, you’ll get it. Trust.

I can’t see your face from where i am but Okay you seem a bit more interested in this exercise now that you noticed the booty lifting part that you’re fully tuned in. i got you..well Qi gong is good for the entire body!

And even though the type of Qi gong i mostly focus on is medical Qi gong which works the inside of the body..yes the inside not the outside..but it does both though trust me. With the year 2012 in full swing you’re sure to feel some changes within you. More than ever people are making life changing decisions. The reason for the take -action -now- movement  is probably because 2012 is the year of the Dragon the year of expansion, change and inner transformation. You may have seen dragons at work in movies but not this lifetime. From what you can see on film from you comfortable seat in front of the movie or tv screen, I’m sure you’ll agree that dragons are dynamic in their movement. So being that this is the year of the dragon in chinese astrology anyway, this year is fast-moving and full of fire.

Most people are experiencing changes both within themselves, also in their environments too. Last year was the year of the rabbit. Reflect back to last year to see what the energy was last year. Compare the energy of last year to this year. Quite honestly last year was a year that was just right for meditation and personal transformation work. This year one has to work a bit harder to stay on point with their inner work. But with all this fiery movement going on around us, how can you stay on your inner grind?

Triumph of tapping the inner you takes place by adhering to a plan. What is this plan? The plan is one that you create with your goals and future in mind. If you want to conquer your dreams you have to work for it. How will you keep your mind from drifting while you’re working? You should give the body exactly what it wants. In this way the body gets to drift and relax (go into the zone)

People are feeling a bit ‘out of their body’. You may have had revelations about your past or future in ways that you can’t seem to put into words now. Well you should certainly look into meditation, deep breathing and some form of life force cultivation exercise too. A couple of life force cultivation exercise types are Tai Qi, Qi Gong, Yoga, and Martial Arts too. I you took just a small part of your day to schedule a special time just to do inner work for your body, spirit and mind, you will give yourself the best of both worlds. Once you finish your schedule in the evening or morning then head off to work, then you would have taken care of the inside stuff before tending to your external duties. This way you feel complete and fulfilled regardless of what comes to your mind while you’re working. The fact that you have bills pay means that you cannot go too deep into the mental zone without possibly getting yourself into trouble because of not being present at work. The boss would certainly not agree with you coming into work to do meditations and day dreaming about your life or even better ‘what’s life on Mars like’.

So you see how just a few minutes a day can take you into a more peaceful place but only by using your desire to be balanced then planning your time to accommodate your mission. The benefits of adding a relaxing daily regimen are almost unlimited in how they will give back to you. You have to take the first step and be honest with yourself. Look at your life in all its colors, textures then  listen to the feed back of your heart. What should you do differently to get to the next day with more peace and more answers to the discovery of who you are? It’s not enough to simply plan, with planning next comes action. Lay out exactly what you will use during your inner work. Do you need meditation music, a yoga mat, special clothing, shoes etc.

Whatever you need to be ready to relax, its most important to have those things ready as soon as you spring from your bed or walk into the door. Repetition is the key to conquering your dreams. Once you do your routine for at least 21 days, your new regimen will be a habit to your body. After 21 days you will feel the difference when you do your routine. In fact ,when you get up or come home you will notice that you almost mechanically jump right into action without any opposing thoughts from your mind. Enjoy your healing work. Relax. Balance is your birth right!

No Energy??? This Time You Can Change That.

If you put energy into your body, energy can also go out to attract what you want and also actively do all the things you may want to do..But first you have to give your body what it needs. If you find  yourself saying one thing then do something else constantly then you may have energy problems. When you can’t pull yourself together to get to work, keep a scheduled appointment, follow through on a date or a meeting, there is a most definitely an energy problem present in you.

The thing is, you don’t have to live with a lack of energy, you can build and cultivate some from scratch lol..since energy is unlimited there is always plenty for everyone. How many times have you or someone you know dropped the ball on showing up for something that was preplanned? If this is you…please learn qi gong or tai qi, yoga or at least do something healthy for your life force in order to get the vital energy inside and around you and quick.  There’s no need to feel regretful or sorry. You can always improve. So if you want balance I’m here to tell you this is the remedy. Also be mindful of what you’re eating and drinking..if there’s no life in it your food or drinks how will you get the nutrients you need? ~ Energy is what I’m sending out today and LOVE LOVE LOVE <3 smile, you’re beautiful~
