Reblog: I Love Having The Ability To Do Readings

Today i am thankful for the ability to see what lies beneath the surface. I’m speaking about readings specifically. What readings? The type of readings that are done with shells, coins, cards and numbers. From my experience on the earth, its been 34 years now (this incarnation) anyway. My person wanted to know the truth in life ever since i can remember. Even when i did not know the questions to ask when i was a little girl. I came to my conclusions about what i felt was right or wrong from a religious perspective. I had a strong impression of divine truth when i was little as well to the point where- I told my family that certain things i was taught in school was wrong and i knew it was not right. Historical things and the list goes on. Fact is i knew better. I rebelled as a result, but not in a way where i went to jail or hated anyone for what they taught. I was just set on doing my thing and fulfilling my mission on earth.

After i got the fun lesson about energy and how it moves through thoughts and people in general plus it makes up the world. I learned that thoughts are often not ours, because thoughts are energy we must be mindful of thoughts and energies that come to us. Somethings are not ours and therefore are not for us to move on. Instead we are to ignore hundreds of thoughts and energy that don’t match our vibration daily. Once i learned about the transference of thoughts and how strong they can be to the point that a person will think the thought is there’s i knew i needed to know how to help me and others with blocking or allowing what belongs to them. Soon after reading a couple books and hearing from my ancestors…  I asked the creator to allow me to SEE. That way i would not have to go through the lessons in my life blindfolded again. Following illusions and the like was not a pat of my game plan in this life.

That request has given me so much in return. In fact i know i will not ever again walk the earth without using my tools. The gift of freewill was given to us all. I recognized that early on. I was going to use mine to the fullest too. Why not? So i got learned the hard way because i wanted to learn not merely through experiences but by walking the path. What a wonderful life it is. I thought i was walking alone when i chose to do that but that is an impossibility. More on that later.

More on The Ability to Divine: Through the ability of inner-sight I can see into life, people and situations if i need to, for personal decisions and for work purposes for my clients. People have all kinds of challenges this lifetime. We all do. Thankfully i can assist in removing obstructions, offer spiritual consulting, support and bring clarity to those who come my way. I am ever humble about the gifts i have. I don’t speak much about the work i do. I definitely do not give details out of my work and clients. ethics and morals are in line with what i do. This work is nothing to play with. I check my oracles before i take on a client as well. I only work with those the oracles show, i CAN help with their situations. I will refer clients to other people if i need to. Sometimes people have to prepare for their spiritual work before coming to me as well. Oracles show all of this. I have been open psychically since i came to this planet. I have been reading for over 5 years.

On top of that i have a group of ancestors (guides) whom i walk with that assist me with what i do. I call this my team also, They are a heavy part of Bliss Returned. We have several lifetimes of work to do. I know this sounds deep. Trust me it truly is.

I have always had a strong intuitive nature. My mind always wanted to know the details, the facts of life, not the ones that were JUST written in books. I wanted to understand  what ideas motivated a particular movement or decision. I had a deep connection to the hearts of people. I knew there was some divine element within each and ever one of us. It did not matter how a person acted or treated others’. I could see the hidden pieces. The pieces they did not want the world to see. That has been my gift.

As a result of intuitively ‘knowing’ I did not listen well growing up after a certain age..I craved answers about what was what.. My explanation of why i was not just going with the flow was that,  i felt as though i was not of this world. It was my destiny to question everything. I listened better when there was background information on why ‘we’ had to do things a certain way. This is one reason i am an ideal candidate for assisting gifted children. I was there. I can certainly feel the inner struggle they have with understanding and being understood too.

All throughout my life, spiritual connection to the unseen was so solidified that i had to learn to balance between the physical world and that which is in the inner planes too. I It was because i thought i knew life intuitively enough to where i could, make my way through listening to the inner feeling i had. Learning the art of spiritually reading has been  fun. It is one of the greatest tools I have ever received.

I am gifted with the hands to heal and the heart to counsult others in their lives. I have clients who are all ages. Some clients are twice my age. Age is no matter on the earthly plane to me, all that matters is your ability to do what you do. The universe (creator) has brought us all to someone for a reason. We all have lessons to learn, it does not matter whether we know this or not. The truth still remains. We all have a purpose too. No one is higher than another. We each have something great to learn from another. It does not matter whether we are a student or a teacher. All that is physical is an illusion anyway. I am here to work with whomever needs my assistance. I offer many options as well. I am well versed in what i do. What i do is not made up. I can show you and tell you too. I am not into showing off either. My energy and work with my ancestors, sometimes my clients ancestors too if i’m called to work with them for my client.

My day looks different each day. Yet i would choose no other way to do what i do but to help more people. It will be naturally as my heart is in the right place. We get what we give. I have so much love to share. I have a business i built to bring light and divine love back into the world a well. I have a lovely business partner and we are doing our thing in the field.

31 Reasons I Love The Art of Meditation More Each Day!!

My body is very healthy first of all. I enjoy keeping it that way. Never been to the hospital for anything besides check ups. Any ailment I have had in my life i have used natural means to fix or deal with it. Somethings do require a hospital. I don’t knock western medicine at all. It has its place but we should not use that an an excuse to not be healthy.

Continuing on..I have loved meditation since the first day i was introduced to it which was many years ago. I learned the art of meditation the best when i had a teacher to show me how to do it, verses how not to do it. I have seen some awesome results in my world because i know i have the power within me to do what i choose to do. However the greatest thing i learned was that when we can make decisions when we are in the heat of the moment or at the crossroads. That’s when  our response means everything. If i can train to be peaceful in the midst of a challenge, however when the challenge comes my way. I react in a way that was not a part of the plan…hey that’s one reason meditation is perfect. Reprogramming is what most of us in this world have to do. Taking charge of my live through the breath is what i use meditation for.

It’s important to be proactive in life. Why wait for a health challenge to happen to us, we can do the work to make sure our inner body is on point and we can live stress and illusion free from thinking that the world or anyone is against us. Even if they are deliberately doing things to harm us. It is in our response that determines the outcome in life. We can live longer fuller lives by managing our breathing better. You may use meditation for something all together different but it will helps you regardless. Enjoy your journey as i have enjoyed mine.

Seven Steps to Inner Peace and Happiness

Inner peace and happiness sound like ideal vacation spots that we never find time to visit. Let’s explore

1. Let go of past hurts inhibiting compassion.

How you hold on to painful events determines your level of inner peace. If the conflict haunts you with regret, anger or fear, you shut down your natural compassion and empathy for others. Instead of finding common ground with others, you react defensively to avoid getting hurt.

Listen to step 1, discerning the truth for yourself.

You are surprised with a gift, but you found yourself mentally cataloging past disappointments. Love was present, but you was in the land of perpetual dissatisfaction. When you’re living in the past, consciously choose to reorient yourself in the present by saying, “I willingly release this pain. I choose not to hold it as my own.”

2. Reconnect with inner wisdom.

When you need it most, the right idea pops into your head. Some call it intuition, others call it inner wisdom. This well of knowledge exists deep within, providing new ideas and solutions to resolve everyday situations.

Listen …discerning the truth for yourself.

I reconnect with inner wisdom when I am able to see the simplicity of a situation. I juggle many responsibilities, and my best ideas for time management pop up when I use a simple practice of listening within for straight-forward solutions. Taking a deep breath, I refocus my thoughts and affirm: “Wisdom within my being, flow freely and fill me with your simplicity.”

3. Disconnect from conventional wisdom and follow your heart.

Societal norms and expectations keep us on the straight and narrow path, following conventional wisdom for forming relationships (don’t talk to strangers), forwarding your career (work late to get ahead) and money money money (more is never enough). Conventional wisdom can supercede our inner wisdom, making us miserable in the pursuit to fit into society on all levels

Our hearts often know better, and it takes courage to follow a different code of behavior. Affirm your inner code of the heart by saying, “I willingly pull from my well of peace to guide my actions.”

4. Connect with universal energy.

Our world is filled with energy, including solar, wind and other energies harnessed by humanity. We are part of an interconnected universe of energy, which provides us with inspiration and creative juice. Like boats riding swiftly with the current, our greatest accomplishments are achieved when we flow with this universal energy. Artists and musicians use this energy as their muse.

Align with power to support your life’s work by saying, “I recognize and access the powerful world of energy around and within me.”

5. Discover your higher purpose.

You have a higher purpose beyond business and family roles. A coffee barista’s higher purpose may not be to mix a smooth latte, but to touch people with genuine acceptance. A stock broker’s higher purpose may not be to make people rich, but to manifest abundance in many forms. A garbage collector’s higher purpose may not be to process refuse, but to remove blocks from seeing the sweetness of life.

A higher purpose guides your exploration of life issues, leading you to perform certain roles. To find your purpose, look at the jobs you have held and the underlying ideals that drove you. A secretary may support everyone around her, at work and at home. Her underlying driving ideal may be loving others in all circumstances. She can explore and perform her higher purpose in every situation she encounters. Affirm your higher purpose by saying, “I feel great joy in exploring and performing my higher purpose.”

6. Live life like a master teacher.

Great master teachers remind us to use compassion, forgiveness and personal responsibility to guide our choices. You can forgive others by accessing compassion, which helps you to take personal responsibility for your actions. Master teachers use each experience as an opportunity to connect with others.

Affirm this by saying, “I honor the sacred within all beings.”

7. Encourage others on their personal journeys.

As you awaken your inner peace and happiness, your choices demonstrate to others how to live life on a deeper level. Share your happiness with others by encouraging them on their journeys. Gandhi encouraged people to be the peace they desire in the world.

Affirm your contribution by saying, “I let my joy reflect upon others.”

When inner vacationing, you’re already at home with peace and happiness….let LOVE Rule 😉

Negative Emotions

Negative emotion can creep up on you like an engulfing flame. When your about to do something you love or your about to start a new project your passionate about, negative emotions can really be the stumbling block that makes what your about to do now harder and more difficult than ever. I defiantly know this to be true for me. When I am about to do something that I know is going to bring me closer to my goals there is always that monster in my head saying things like you failed at this before you weren’t well received before so why are you going to put yourself in that predicament now? Well I am here to tell you that freeing yourself from negative emotions isn’t easy. You can’t shake those emotions off like a leaf on your shoulder. What you have to try your best to do is start small. Feel the negative emotion but still move forward towards your goal. For example if you are planing to write a book and you are saying to yourself but so and so has a book how can I top that? Stop and say the truth which is God made us all and if we are uniquely made my project is defiantly going to b different but none is better or worse. However just saying this isn’t enough you have to say it and move it. Meaning even though you are experiencing the negative emotion you have to act in the opposite of that fear. Follow your dreams anyways, fight those thoughts with actions that overrides all negative emotion. SO JOIN ME AS I SPEAK NO NEGATIVITY HEAR NO NEGATIVITY AND PAY NO MIND TO NEGATIVITY

Look up superfoods and you’re likely to find berries, eggs, broccoli and quinoa. Great common foods, no question, but there’s more out there! We’ve compiled a list of superfoods that for some reason very few are talking about.

Another important thing to note is that blue green algae that are harvested from the wild can be extremely toxic and cause problems such as liver damage, vomiting and diarrhea.

A good idea would be to only purchase organic blue green algae and make them a regular part of your diet. Blue green algae are available in the form of powder, capsules, tablets and flakes. Make sure you take only the recommended amount of dosage so that you derive the health benefits without the side effects.

8. Marine Phytoplankton –The marine phytoplankton has been the blue whale’s food for as long as it has existed. Do we really need another testimonial to the phytoplankton’s amazing ability to make the blue whale so strong and healthy? Not really, but we’ll look at it anyway because the marine phytoplankton is now being considered one of the top most superfoods that are there on this planet.

The marine phytoplankton has been on the earth for billions of years and was instrumental in getting human life started on the planet because of its ability to give out oxygen.

We already know how well Spirulina and blue green algae work for us, but close on their ranks is this amazing superfood, which is distinguished from the others because it is full of live nutrients.

So, how can the marine phytoplankton help us?

  • Marine phytoplankton has a huge whopping amount of carotenoids, amino acids and minerals. Some of these fight ageing and others help in fighting disease causing free radicals.

Bee Propolis/ Royal Jelly

16. Honey – By honey, we don’t mean the supermarket variety that you normally use to drizzle over toast or pancakes. Have you ever considered the differences in that honey and raw, organic honey? The top most one is that the latter is a superfood, recognized the world over for its immense healing and beneficial properties. One doesn’t need an introduction to honey. We’ve been brought up on it. But you need to know that raw honey is indeed special and has some benefits that you were probably unaware of. For instance, did you know that:

  • Raw unprocessed honey is the richest source of live, healing enzymes which go a long way in sharpening your IQ and making you more mentally alert

When buying honey, look for raw and organic honey that has not been processed and is stored in glass jars.

17. Royal Jelly – Here’s another little known bee product that has gained the status of superfood in recent times.  Royal jelly is a thick, milky substance that is secreted from the pharyngeal glands of a special group of nurse bees. Bees that are earmarked for becoming queen bees are fed with royal jelly while worker bees are fed with only pollen and honey. While this bit of information is fascinating for those interested in apiculture, what is more enticing is that royal jelly is an excellent source of nutrition and offers great benefits to us as well. Here’s how it can help:

But you can also get fresh royal jelly by purchasing it from beekeepers who collect it directly from the bee hives. Royal jelly is also recognized for its cosmetic properties like removing wrinkles and keeping the skin rejuvenated and young.

18. Seaweeds –

are the most nutritionally dense plants on the planet as they have access to all the nutrients in the ocean. They can contain up to 10 times more calcium than milk and eight times as much as beef. The chemical composition of seaweeds is so close to human blood plasma, that perhaps their greatest benefit is regulating and purifying our blood system. They help to alkalize our blood, neutralizing the over-acid effects of our modern diet and protect us from a wide array of toxic elements in the environment, including heavy metals, pollutants and radiation by-products converting them to harmless salts that the body can eliminate.

But the most remarkable results with seaweeds we see is boosting weight loss and deterring cellulite build-up. The high concentration of natural iodine helps to stimulate the thyroid gland so that food fuels are used before they can be turned into fatty deposits. At the same time, the minerals act like electrolytes to break the chemical bond that seals the fat cells allowing trapped wastes to escape. Both by eating sea vegetables or bathing in them helps reduce cellulite and stimulates lymphatic drainage.

Nori – is best known for the seaweed used to make sushi rolls. You can make your own at home, make sure you use the untoasted nori sheets for maximum nutrient content.

Kelp – kelp is available in powder or capsule form for those who feel awkward eating seaweed. It is also the most common seaweed found along the ocean shores. Due to their thick leaves they are perfect for a hot seaweed bath.

Dulse – a red seaweed, available in flakes. There is no need to cook dulse. It is great to use as seasoning on salads, vegetables and soups.

Arame – consists of brown stringy seaweed. Soak in hot water for 5 minutes and it is ready to use.

Wakame – With a sweet flavor makes a great compliment to sandwiches. Soak for 5 minutes in hot water.

Kombu – Used in Japan for centuries as a mineral rich flavour enhancer. Add a strip of kombu when cooking beans making them more digestible and reducing gas. Add a strip of kombu to your sprouts when soaking them to allow them to soak up the minerals.

19. HERBS –

as nourishment offer the body a whole host of nutrients it may not have received either because of poor diet or environmental deficiencies in the soil or air. Herbs as medicine are essentially body balancers that work with the body functions so that it can heal and regulate itself. Herbs have been used for centuries as part of the wisdoms of natural healing methods. Herbs are best used in their whole form rather than isolating effective plant constituents so-called “active ingredients”. Since all body parts and most disease symptoms are interrelated, it is wise to use herbs which can affect each part of the problem.

Nettle – the bowel mover. These plants are best known as stinging nettle plants. However when the nettle leaves are dried and eaten the saliva neutralizes the sting. Nettles are incredibly effective in removing unwanted pounds. A cup of nettle tea in the morning is ideal to get things going in the bowel department. The nettle leaves increase the thyroid function, increase metabolism and releases mucus in the colon allowing for the flushing of excess wastes.

Echinacea – Echinacea is a household name when it comes to warding off colds and flu. This herb is used as a natural antibiotic and immune system stimulator, helping to build up resistance. The reason for its effectiveness is because of its ability to stimulate the lymph flow in the body. Lymph runs parallel with our bloodstream and carries toxins out of the body. The herb can be taken in liquid or capsule form for 2-3 week periods during “high risk” flu seasons. The tea from this herb has also grown in popularity for treating infections and cancers including skin cancer.

.

Ginseng – Ginseng is the quintessential herb for handling stress. This ancient healing herb has been used widely throughout Asia as an energizer tonic. This special herb is particularly beneficial when recovering from illness or surgery for its restorative and anti-infection properties. It promotes regeneration from stress and fatigue.

20. Greens  –  Greens are good, Green Superfoods are even better! Green superfoods have the highest concentrations of easily digestible nutrients, fat burning compounds, vitamins and minerals to protect and heal the body. They contain a wide array of beneficial substances including proteins, protective photo-chemicals and healthy bacteria helping you to build cleaner muscles and tissues, aid your digestive system function and more effectively protect you against disease and illness.

Green superfoods are extremely rich in chlorophyll – the pigment that gives plants their green color. The molecular structure of chlorophyll is very similar to that of human blood and studies show that when this is consumed, the production of hemoglobin in blood is increased. Higher amounts of hemoglobin in the bloodstream means more oxygen-rich blood, the first and most important element that cells need to thrive.

Wheat grass – Wheat grass is the sprouted grass of a wheat seed. Unlike the whole grain, because it has been sprouted, it no longer contains gluten or other common allergic agents. Wheat grass is super alkalizing and is excellent for promoting healthy blood. It normalizes the thyroid gland to stimulate metabolism thus assisting digestion and promoting weight loss due also to its high enzyme content and cleansing effect.

Wheatgrass is one of the most potently healthy substances on earth. Yet for some reason it is still not mainstream. Since I’ve been using wheatgrass I’ve noticed my energy levels go sky high, my skin clear up and colds, coughs and illnesses disappear forever. Others have seen their gray hairs vanish, Rosacea clear up, bad breath subside, allergies clear up and a whole lot more.

You cannot detract from the simple fact that wheatgrass:

  • 30mls of freshly squeezed wheatgrass juice is equivalent in nutritional value to 1kg of leafy green vegetables
  • Wheatgrass contains over 90 minerals, including high concentrations of the most alkaline minerals: potassium, calcium, magnesium and sodium
  • It contains the essential enzymes: Protease (assists in protein digestion), Cytochrome Oxidase (a powerful anti oxidant), Amylase (facilitates digestion), Lipase (a fat splitting enzyme), Transhydrogenase (strengthens the heart muscle) & Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) (found in all body cells and is known for its ability to lessen the effect of radiation and slow cellular aging)
  • Just one teaspoon of Wheat Grass powder, weighing a mere 3.5 grams, is nutritionally equal to an entire spinach salad weighing a full 50 grams – it packs a punch!
  • Wheatgrass has more vitamin C than oranges and twice the vitamin A as carrots!
  • Wheat grass juice helps your body to build red blood cells which carry oxygen to every cell. By increasing the oxygenation the body you can help offset smog and carbon monoxide and increase your endurance during physical exercise
  • It also contains 19 amino acids, the building blocks of protein

Barley grass – Barley grass juice has anti-viral activities and neutralizes heavy metals such as mercury in the blood.

Green barley leaves contain a multitude of the body’s spark plugs, enzymes. Enzymes supply the spark that starts the essential chemical reactions our bodies need to live. Without this spark, and these chemical reactions, we would be helpless: a bag of bones, unable to walk, talk, blink, or breathe.

Astounding amounts of vitamins and minerals are found in green barley leaves. These include potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, phosphorus, manganese, zinc, beta carotene, B1, B2, B6, C, folic acid, and pantothenic acid. Indeed, green barley juice contains 11 times the calcium in cows’ milk, nearly 5 times the iron in spinach, 7 times the vitamin C in oranges, and 80 mg of vitamin B12 per hundred grams. Green barley leaves also contain significant amounts of chlorophyll.

  • Cellular repair and regeneration:Barley grass also contains a wealth of essential nutrients, antioxidants and antiinflammatory substances (chlorophyll, SOD, the glycoprotein P4-D1 and D1-G1), mainly for support cellular repair and regeneration. The proven ability of Green Magma barley grass of the brand (such as barley grass used in these studies) is to restore the function of cells, the anti-aging for the control of free radicals to reduce inflammation and stimulate circulation Blood and healthy as possible in their ability to prevent and counter the damage to genetic material
  • Antioxidant as protection: the juice of barley grass contains a interactive and balanced blend of antioxidants and vitamins (carotenoids, vitamin C, vitamin E, catalase, and chlorophyll). The result of the research may be interesting for been drikers, as it also research on the antioxidant 2 -O-GIV barley grass or “lipid peroxidation”. The peroxide makes free radicals that are responsible for tissues damage. Flavonoids in barley grass may help keep these changes and to protect the body against cancer, including skin cancer and premature aging skin conditions that are associated with free radicals.
  • Anti-inflammatory:Barley grass juice comprises significant anti-inflammatory contents. In addition to SOD and chlorophyll, there are 2 other potent anti-inflammatory proteins glycol juice extracted from barley grass.
  • Lower cholesterol and prevent oxidation of LDL in patients with type 2 diabetes: People with type 2 diabetes have an increased risk of atherosclerosis

Green leafy vegetables – Green leafy vegetables are so readily available and so highly nutritious, however most people do not eat enough of them. Studies continuously confirm that populations that eat a diet high in green leafy vegetables run a far lower risk of heart disease and cancer. Fresh raw green leafy vegetables contain high doses of chlorophyll, easily digestible proteins, enzymes and a wide range of vitamins and minerals. These particular vegetables act as mini-transfusions for the blood, a health tonic for the brain and immune system and a cleanser of the kidneys. Try any of the following: rocket, spinach, dandelion greens, kale, watercress, parsley, lettuce, endive, chicory, broccoli sprouts and mustard sprouts.

Everyday scientists and researchers are throwing more light on hitherto unknown superfoods, making us realize that we have a veritable treasure trove when it comes to health giving foods. We only need to learn how to derive the maximum benefit from them

Cashew Fruit

As Americans and as people living in America we tend to only pay attention to fruits of our native land. However it is important to realize that there are so many different fruit options out there that it will take over a life time to experience them. I have to say that this is what I love about the raw foods lifestyle, don’t you think that that’s cool ? These are just a few unique options that are out there.

You probably have eaten cashew nuts before, but might not have see the fruit from which this nut comes. It turns out, that cashew is one of the weirdest-looking fruits on the planet.

It’s a soft pinkish fruit with a nut growing inside a shell attached outside the fruit. As I understand, when it’s on the tree, it hangs with the nut at the bottom.

When not speaking of the nut, the cashew is often called a cashew fruit, but in actuality it is made up of three distinct parts. That orange yellow part that I first thought looked like a bell pepper is called the cashew apple. It is referred to as a false fruit or pseudo-fruit in the plant world.
The cashew apple contains a high concentration of tannins which are the same substances found in tea and wine. They give the apple a very distinct taste which I’ll discuss a little later.
The kidney-shaped green stem is the fruit of the cashew and it encases the nut; the same nut that we eat and refer to in the US as simply “cashews”, called castanha de cajú in Brazil.
The green fruit contains urushiol oil, the same substance found in poison ivy and poison oak which irritate the skin. You have to be very careful when removing the nut and it is for this reason that I have never purchased a whole, fresh cashew for myself and experimented with it. In an older article from Purdue University Horticulture I read that in some countries at one point the nut was simply thrown out with the fruit due to this toxin and much more emphasis was placed on the apple. Cashews are grown in other tropical places throughout the world such as Vietnam, Caribbean, South America and India. However, unless you live very close to one of those places it is likely you will never see a whole cashew. The fruit is juicy, fragile and spoils very quickly so extended transport is not an option.
Cashew juice which is made from the cashew apple. It is said to have a sweet flavor with a richness that resembles that of the nut. The tannins leave that familiar drying feel in the mouth which they are known for.
Cashew
Many claim to have noticed a difference in the juice when order it in a restaurant versus purchasing it prepackaged in the store. I should mention that you can buy bottled pulp without sugar in the supermarket and add your own water and sweetener if desired. The fresher juice is much more astringent than the packaged.
There are ways to remove tannins and I’m wondering if this has been done to the packaged juice to make it more appealing, as I came across some research from India where they were discussing processes to reduce tannins to get more people to drink the juice for its nutritional content.
Juice from the cashew apple contains about 205 to 220 mg of vitamin C per 100 ml.  In the cashew fruit contains a variety of nutrition cashews that are beneficial to the body and nutrition cashews include such as proteins, carbohydrates, dietary fiber, sodium, potassium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, selenium, and zinc. Cashew fruit also contains riboflavin ,(vitaminB2) ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), and calcium and the active compounds known to prevent cancer, and pointed to cure the tumor.  During my research I found a few sources online in the UK for the cashew apple pulp to make juice.

Here’s some more information about the Cashew Fruit juice:

O.N.E.™ Cashew is a 100% natural, nutritional beverage with a fresh, light and naturally sweet tropical flavor. Made from the fruit of the cashew plant, not the nut, O.N.E. Cashew is naturally fat-free and is packed with Vitamin C. One cashew fruit has five times more Vitamin C than an orange, without the acidity. O.N.E.™ Cashew also contains important nutrients including beta-carotene, vitamin B1, B2 & B3, calcium & iron. And, unlike the cashew nut, O.N.E.™ Cashew is non-allergenic.

I read the container and it “calm an upset stomach” and   “soothe a sore throat is a few of the things that the juice is known to do.

Notes:

Cashew Fruit: Anacardium occidentale (cashew) is a tree in the flowering plant family Anacardiaceae. The plant is native to northeastern Brazil, where it is called by its Portuguese name Caju (the fruit) or Cajueiro (the tree). It is widely grown in tropical climates for its nuts and cashew apples. What appears on the tree to be the “fruit” of the cashew tree is an oval to pear shaped pseudo fruit or false fruit that develops from the receptacle of the cashew flower. Called cashew apple, it ripens into a yellow and/or red structure about the size of a plum or pear.
