Karma : The 12 Laws Of Karma

What is Karma? Karma is the Sanskrit word for action. It is equivalent to Newton’s law of ‘every action must have a reaction’. When we think, speak or act we initiate a force that will react accordingly. This returning force maybe modified, changed or suspended, but most people will not be able eradicate it. This law of cause and effect is not punishment, but is wholly for the sake of education or learning. A person may not escape the consequences of his actions, but he will suffer only if he himself has made the conditions ripe for his suffering. If he were to continue acting in such a way that the retribution cannot come about, because the conditions are not appropriate, then he may postpone the fruition of his karma. If he can suspend it until he is in the spirit world, then he may work at this particular karma in this intermission between death and next life. Or he may wait until another life in which he is more developed so that he can gleaned the educational value of this retribution. Conversely, his life could be so derelict that the blessings due to him cannot fructify until a later date or a subsequent life. All these fall into the category of suspension of karma to a more propitious period or life.

 

Ignorance of the law is no excuse” whether the laws are man-made or universal. To stop being afraid and to start being empowered in the worlds of karma and reincarnation, here is what you need to know about karmic laws.

The Law of Karma is the Buddhist and Hindu version of the Golden Rule, basically, that what you do to others will return and be done to you. It’s stated in similar terms in almost every religion in the world.

In the East, the law reads (in translation):

For every event that occurs, another event will follow that was caused by the first, and the second event will be pleasant or unpleasant due to and indirect relation to its cause”

The belief teaches that the person who takes action is responsible for that action, if not in this lifetime, then in future lives. In effect, what you did in your past lives comes forward to your present life and determines the events you experience now.

Buddhism takes these beliefs much deeper, delving into intention andthought as well as spoken words and action. With everything we feel, say, or do, we make choices. Whatever you choose to do produce  ripples that travel through time. Those choices are our karma, good or bad.

Instead of seeing bad karma as punishment for actions in your past lives, you can better understand it as a lesson toward living in Oneness with all people and things. The Law of Karma – as simple as: You reap what you sow – extends from your past lives into your future lives. How you apply it in your present life determines your results.

1: LAW OF NEUTRALITY – Just as the “Law of Gravity” always works to pull things toward the Earth, these “Laws of Karma” apply to all equally, no exceptions. The universe is neutral: there are no favorite ones, there are no cursed ones, there are only divine beings created the Creator and all these divine beings are loved by Creator equally, deeply, and completely.

2: LAW OF AGREEMENT – The most terrible truth that anyone will ever learn while they are on Earth is… that they agreed to come here and to experience all that has, is, and will happen to them. The universe operates under this simple rule: all that happens is by prior agreement based on karmic justice between all the parties involved to balance past karma.

3: LAW OF LESSONS – We reincarnate to learn what is and is not like love. In the worlds of duality, we learn from experiencing polar opposites: “good-bad”, “problem-solution”, etc until we evolve into divine love, joy, and awareness. We walk the divine circle – where there is no saint without a past and no sinner without a future – until we learn our lessons.

4: LAW OF CAUSE & EFFECT – What you have done unto others in past lives or in this one (cause), weaves the karmic agreement of your present and future (effect). Consciously acting from loving kindness to yourself and others instantly reweaves the present and future karmic agreements into greater pathways of empowerment and unfoldment.

5: LAW OF BALANCE – The point of learning lessons is to achieve balance. Imbalances drive your personal cycle of reincarnation. “What you bring hate to, you reincarnate to” is how balance is achieved. For you can only truly understand a thing when you become that thing and cease to judge it, cherish unloving opinions, or harbor unrealistic expectations about it.

 6: LAW OF ATTRACTION – Your consistently repeated thoughts packed with your consistently felt emotions become magnetized and attract similar thoughts packed with emotions to manifest your desires into reality. Whatever thoughts and emotions you focus on the most – with the most intensity and the most time – whether intentionally or unintentionally, becomes your belief-karma. The more you invest in them with your focus, the stronger they become. Your belief-karma generates your thoughts, forms your attitudes, guides your actions, and creates your results.

7: LAW OF CONNECTION – You connect with the people, opportunities, and events necessary to manifest your desires if you allow, believe, and expect it will happen for you. Allowing means you open yourself to let manifestation flow to you by believing what you need to manifest your desires will come to you and by expecting if-when you take consistent and appropriate actions your desires will manifest into reality as you have asked.

8: LAW OF EXPANSION – Since everything in the universe is energy, the universe is always expanding from lower to higher vibrational states. Change and growth are inevitable because energy is always expanding. The universe expands through chaos, reorganization, and order in an endless cycle of change and growth to create continuous improvement.

9: LAW OF UNFOLDMENT

Your internal map of reality is always changing to reflect your personal state of learning and growth. Your map of reality is always being refined into greater levels of truth as your consciousness unfolds. Unfoldment is a gradual process so that you can learn life lessons at your own pace as you reincarnate through time.

10: LAW OF EMPOWERMENT – If you “let whatever happens be ok”, you are accepting the “default” pattern of karma. Empowerment comes from a conscious decision to take control of karma by accepting absolute and total responsibility for your life and by always consciously acting with loving kindness.

11: LAW OF ALL POSSIBILITIES – There is no end to the joy you can experience or to what you can create. For all the power to get what you want comes from within you. Every moment brings with it new possibilities and opportunities for action. Whatever you can dream, you can do, be, or have in the universe of all possibilities… this is your birthright as a divine being.

12: LAW OF LOVE – Karma begins and ends with love. Karma was created to propel you as Soul on a personal journey of reincarnation through the universe. Karma ends when you have perfected yourself in your ability to love unconditionally. The sole purpose of karma and reincarnation is to bring us all to a state of divine love, joy, and awareness.

Universal Laws : The 12 Universal Laws & 21 Sub-Laws Everyone Needs to Know for Success in Life

The Universal Laws are all inter-related and are founded on the understanding that everything in the universe is energy, including us, and that energy moves in a circular fashion. At the microscopic level, we are a whirling mass of electrons and energy atoms spinning rapidly. In fact, everything in the world is comprised of energy and we are intimately connected with this sea of energy, this sea of whirling electrons.

Our thoughts, feelings, words, and actions are all forms of energy. What we think, feel, say, and do in each moment comes back to us to create our realities. Energy moves in a circle, so what goes around comes around. The combined thoughts, feelings, words and actions of everyone on the planet creates our collective consciousness, it creates the world we see before us.

1 ~ The Law of Divine Oneness

We live in a world where everything and everyone is connected to everything and everyone else.  Every single thing we are doing, saying, thinking and believing effects others around us as well as the universe we are part of.   We are all connected.

2 ~ The Law of Vibration

Everything single thing in our universe moves, vibrates and travels in circular motions.  These very same principles of vibration apply in our physical world through our thoughts, feelings and desires.  Everything has it’s own vibrational frequency from sounds, to things and even our thoughts.  Your vibration will attract like vibrations to you.

3 ~ The Law of Action

To see the Law of Attraction in Action we must take inspired action.  To manifest the things we desire we must engage in actions which support our desires as well as our thoughts, dreams, emotions and words.

4 ~ The Law of Correspondence

As Above, So Below.  Energy, Light, Vibration and Motion all have their corresponding principles.  Everything on the physical plane has a corresponding principle out there in the universe.

5 ~ The Law of Cause & Effect

Nothing ever happens by chance.  We reap what we sow, every action has a reaction and consequence.  What we put out there we get back.  Karma….

6 ~ The Law of Compensation

As for the Law of Cause and Effect what we put out we get back by way of abundance in all area’s.   By helping others and taking positive actions great things will come back into our lives.  We will be compensated for our good deeds, give your heart and soul to everything.

7 ~ The Law of Attraction

What we think about we bring about, our thoughts become things.  All of our thoughts, feelings, words and actions are producing energy which in turn attract like energies and things into our lives.  Negative or Positive like attracts like.    The Law of Attraction is also known as the Law of Love ♥

8  ~ The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy 

Simply put, everyone has the ability within them to transform their life.  We can do this by understanding these universal laws and changing our energy.  It’s up to us to do it! Higher vibrations consume and transform lower ones; thus, each of us can change the energies in our lives by understanding the Universal Laws and applying the principles in such a way as to effect change. More importantly it explains that even thoughts are energy that also transform and manifest in our lives in direct accordance to our mindset & the type of attention we apply to them.

9 ~ The Law of Relativity

Everyone has challenges! We are all given challenges for a reason, opportunities to learn and grow.  These challenges are sent to strengthen our inner light.  The law also wants us to  look at other people’s challenges and problems worse than ours so we can gain perspective.  It’s all relative.

10 ~ The Law of Polarity

Everything has a polar opposite good or bad.   This is the Contrast and Clarity, when you know what you don’t want in turn you know what you do want.  Focus on the Good things you want

11 ~ The Law of Rhythm

Everything moves and vibrates to certain rhythms.  This can be seasons, cycles, stages of our development and patterns happening in the universe.  We need to stay in flow throughout these rhythms of life.

12 ~ The Law of Gender

Yin & Yang.  Everything and everyone has feminine and masculine principles and energies, this is how creation happens in the universe.  We must all find the balance between the two to master our lives.

Manifestation Tip: Empower Your Affirmations with Feeling

How are you feeling about your life?

Are you affirming abundance, but believe you have to struggle to make ends meet? Do you affirm what you desire, but expect obstacles in your path? Do you want appreciation, but anticipate criticism? When you state an affirmation, it’s the feeling behind it that counts.

The emotions you feel are what power your affirmations, whether you’re affirming what you want, or unconsciously affirming what you don’t want. When you mutter “I can’t afford a new car,” you’re affirming that circumstance. And the emotion that associates with the declaration energizes it. Therefore, you won’t be able to afford a new car.

Why do you think you have to believe that your goal can happen? Belief is an emotion. Expectation is an emotion. Identification is an emotion. Fear is an emotion. Whatever you’re feeling about the object of your affirmation is what will manifest in your life.

Emotion is simply energy, good, bad or indifferent. The subconscious follows to where you’re sending your power, and gives you what you’re focusing on. Whatever is your dominant thought about the issue wins the race. Your feeling gets the attention of the subconscious.

If you’ve been affirming something in particular, but feeling its opposite as you affirm, you will manifest the feeling. I’ve done affirmations for abundance, but since I couldn’t see how it could happen, I still felt financially restricted. What happened? Every time? The prosperity I did have faded away. I got to experience the physical reality of my fear.

Maybe you’re confident while you say your affirmations, but later you undo all your good work. If you make statements afterwards that contradict your affirmation and reinforce your present beliefs or circumstances, you’ll manifest that. All of your thoughts, words and feelings about it have to be consistent. It’s like a balance scale with two pans. Your old beliefs are on one side, and your new ones are on the other. Until your new beliefs constantly outweigh your old ones, they won’t manifest to the degree you want.

You don’t have to know how your affirmation is going to manifest. You simply have to feel the emotion of having your desire. Stir up the feeling. There’s an old adage, “Fake it until you make it.” You won’t see the reality of your desire until you can feel it. If you have to pretend, do so. You may not know how it can happen, but the Universe and your creative mind know how.

When you affirm, remember that you’re affirming the truth. You’re not changing the Universe’s mind about this issue, you’re changing your mind about it. The Universe is always offering you everything you could possibly want. You don’t have to believe it yet, but recognize that the Universe believes it for you.

Think of the result from the Universe’s point of view. The Universe knows your goal is possible and available for you. By identifying with the perspective of the Universe, you can channel that feeling through your affirmation. Whenever you think about the issue during the day, remind yourself that the Universe is taking care of it. Your trust in the Power of the Universe will energize your affirmation, and you’ll experience it in Divine time.

What If You Were Psychically Open Since Birth?…

 

 What Does It Mean To Be Psychically Open?

 

I am in my office writing an article. Just as i’m about to finish the last part…The phone rings. I notice the name on the caller id, stop writing to answer the phone. In my head i am thinking about the vibration i feel from the person. I do a  quick reading while holding the phone on my shoulder to see how i should handle this situation with my client. This client has been out of touch. They seemed to have come back to life when i was working with them in the past but after 9 months they went back to where they were. This person did not stop doing all the harmful things right after i started working with them. However they made some huge changes. They had many awakenings, in the daytime and at night during their dreams. i will explain what awakenings are shortly.

 

 

On the other end on the line is a dear client who tells me they have been too depressed to leave their home. They do not sound depressed as they explain their multiple  experiences they have had during their unending depression. I listen silently. Intently. My intuition picked up on their challenges instantly. As i listened i heard about 7 key things that told me what i needed to know to assist my client with their situation.

1. They say they’ve been hearing voices.

2. Have not eaten the way they should be eating.

3. They have been having so many vivid dreams.

4. Sometimes they have thoughts about wanting to die

5. They pop pills to hide from reality

6. They speak about other people in the home being a problem.

7. They stopped bathing regularly

 

 

After the last part there was not much silence. I spoke immediately. What have you been focusing on during this time of depression i asked? They said nothing but making money. I knew that was not true. Psychics can see beyond mere worlds people say, if we choose to. I asked the question again with a couple other questions. At first they did not give the answer that i was looking for. Then after a few minutes they came with the truth. They said they were going through a rough time. As i sat on the other end other end of the line there was no doubt about that. Their aura felt heavy, dark and cold. I knew there was warmth in their heart though. That i could feel it. I smiled before i spoke again.

 

From the start of the phone call…They were intent on telling me a story that came to them in their dream state. I listened. The dream showed exactly what needed to happen to erupt this person from their challenge. This was not a scheduled session so i cut straight to the chase. I knew this client for years. Pass lifetimes even. We have a great connection. I knew what they were about to say. I stopped them.

 

I started off…”Listen, you have energy problems. Let me tell you what is going to bring you success here: 1st of all, if you know you have a problem with being joyful, happy motivated. What should you do?” I asked if they had a plan to stop the constant cycles of depression in their life. They said no, they did not. If you want to stop this you need a plan! A regime would do wonders for you. You have to take charge of your life. Now i understand what the ‘people’ have told you but YOU have the power. You are choosing this life. Are you not? When i asked that question they admitted to not really trying. (We had been here before)

 

I spoke again, you need positive things honey. You have to surround yourself with life. If not you will not remember your goal to stop choosing to be down in the dumps. They started speaking about someone else who is tired of them looking a mess. I stopped them- “Look honey you have a choice, do you not?”  You can be around whomever you desire to. This is up to you. Not them.

 

I know you have thoughts coming to you all day. your nervous system is very sensitive. You have to stay on point with things that make you feel good. Your thoughts are coming from a sick body, they will sabotage your efforts. We all have to IGNORE thoughts that do not suit us. That is your challenge. We know you are open psychically, now what are you going to do about it. You have a gift. But you have to nurture it or it can turn into a nightmare for you. I change you to sit down and write a list of how your day is GOING to look. you hold the key! Then i want you to listen to things that keep you on point all day with sticking to your mission. Look all you need is 21 days! Then the new routine will become a habit.

 

What should you be listening to as someone who is psychically open? For one, listen to music, lectures all things that motivate and inspire you to do whatever you want to be or do. You should be listening to stuff like that daily. Meditation music, uplifting, inspiring. Motivational speakers that specialize in the field of study you want to get into or grow more confident in.

 

 

This story is a story i shared because there are other people in the world who share this experience. The issue with this is: People are being told THEY are not in control of their lives 100% of the time. As a healer i have a sense for motivating people to do their best. Obstacles are always in our lives but they question is: What are we going to do to clear them up. I AM SOLUTION ORIENTED 100% of the time. Back to the story.

 

There are people in the world who believe they have a problem, or that something is permenently wrong with them. There is viable information that most people need to know. If they knew the truth about their bodies and brains they would be able to do so much more in life.

 

The world we live in is far more than most know. As a whole we all do things together. There is one connection we each are a part of that oneness. For instance we all breathe together plus we share the same air too! This has been happening since forever. Also, when we yawn, other people yawn directly after us, or the other way around. Cats and dogs yawn too. It’s funny dogs and cats actually yawn before or after people do. Its a divine chain reaction. The World we live in is a strange world some would say.

 

The same way we share oxygen, we share thoughts as well. What my client is having is a major energy shift in her life. Everything she is going through is nessesary for her to evaluate her life and make a choice. She is at a crossroads. That’s all it is. How many times have we all been at one of those. I’ll answer that for you! It’s been Several times in our lives. We go through life learning lessons during our life to grow, evolve and transform.

 

Here are some key things that can HINDER us from having a balanced nervous system:

 

1. Using DRUGS of ALL OF ALL KINDS including alcohol & weed too.

2. Not getting 7- 8 hours of quality sleep per night.

3. Eating an greasy, fried, over salted & cooked, super sugar unhealthy diet.

4. Watching to much television

5. Unbalanced, unclean environment

6. No game plan

 

Women, men and children are born sometimes with very sensitive nervous systems. This happens all the time. What types of things happen when someone is open in this way? Well, they can be pursuaded to do something without words. they can be pulled to do something through thoughts and energy alone. No one ever taught them (Pranayama)  deep breathing, Meditation, Qi Gong, Tai Qi and yoga exercises to assist them in balancing out their life force energy so they can then live joyfully with mastery of their body. Once everyone is taught such things, the world will be a brand new place. Most people have a thought come to them, they assume its their thought. Often it is not, what kinds of things have people done as a result of not knowing that energy is a thoughts. Energy comes before words do. Always has.

 

 

This is why the Law of Attraction we say you have to ignore thoughts that do not serve to push you further. You must feel good and you must have a plan! A psychically open man woman or child can learn much from understanding how to work: The Law of Attraction in their life. You also need to find a metaphysician who is experienced with balancing the life force. I wrote this because my life was all about this. Feel Good For Speedy Results

This is an easy one. Think of it this way: Feeling good assists the universe in bringing things to you. Energy is attracted to energy..its very simple. Likes attracts like. If you begin to generate joy from within now, you will continue to attract joyful things into your life like never before.

Try this sometime: when you are sitting around waiting for something to happen in your life and it doesn’t matter what it is… It could be a phone call for an interview, a call from your loved one or a call for a check that you are waiting for, the phone rarely rings when you sit around feeling stagnant, worried or even angry about something. Its when you move, get up, go to the bathroom or leave the house to run an errand- the phone rings. When you get active so does the energy around you. The universe responds to activity…

 

 

In addition, When you allow the body to feel peace and bliss throughout it, the thoughts that flow from you will be picked up and carried through the universe to attract more of the same. You cannot attract much when you feel bad or unbalanced. It is important to exercise, breathe deep and stay in the zone of feeling good! If you want to create magic in your life, you should first become the thing that you seek. Yes! Its thats the science behind it; Transform you and the universe will change too and all that you are inside will be reflected back through a multitude of resources sent first class straight to you.

There are several ways that you can feel good right now. You can change whatever you are thinking about to a positive thought or one that brings you back to the peace within you.

Feeling good is not a mystery, its all about doing it, playing some music, being around art, singing, dancing and meditation are just some of the ways to feel good. Its important to choose things that support the peace and bliss within you. What I’m speaking of is personally generating energy from within, that assists with co-creation on a regular basis. Finally, enjoying and sharing that energy with others. Constant- optimal- manifestation happens when we remain in a natural state of joy as much as possible.

 

 

 

There are several ways one can choose to feel good. Visualizing your desired present or desired future is one way. Remember this: the goal of Abundance Manifesting is to attract the end result to you. When visualizing you are to focus on only experiencing the end result of having received what you want. For faster results- Its important to see as many details of the goal you are manifesting, colors, smells, textures, etc. Also, smile inside and outside as you experience the feeling of having it.

It is your call! You are always creating more of whatever it is that you see the most in your head. At the same time you are creating more of it in the world too so its a good idea to focus primarily on the end result. Also focus the bulk of your energy on only things you want to see more of, with no exceptions. Otherwise, you will attract an experience of always being in the process of acquiring this or that thing or things you do not want to see. Instead of attracting the end result which is having what you desire and fully enjoying it.

As you go through your day, Are you feeling good? If not just choose to. Play some music, laugh, sing, dance, meditate, go outside and feel the breeze on your face. Whatever you choose- feel the peace within and ride that wave while you imagine and visualize all your goals and dreams. Never doubt the power of the Universe.

 

 

Know that whatever you energize with your thoughts- its coming to you soon. So focus- see the end result of you enjoying your blessings again and again. What are you waiting for? Don’t doubt. You deserve it! Go for it!

Affirmations Revisited With Joy!

Affirmations are more than a sentence. They are written for the purpose of reaffirming something a person wants to do or remember to do. Affirmations can be used for many things as it relates to the law of attraction they should be used to keep you in line with that which you say you want to attract more of into your life. Always phrase affirmations in terms of what you want rather than what you do not want. The brain cannot evaluate ‘not happy’ without thinking of being unhappy. You get reminded of the words you say whether you adding not or do not want to them. It is important to know what type of intelligence we are dealing with when we speak about the unlimited power within us and the matching stream vibration of unlimited power all around us.

 

Happiness

 

Affirmations can be repeated as many times a day. Pick affirmations that make you feel good. What works for you may not work for another. That is only natural. It is all personal preference. Studies have shown that people who repeat positive words to themselves daily boost their self image to themselves and the world at large. Affirmations are the key to unlocking the motivation that one may lack from minute to minute. It is not enough to say an affirmation if you are not feeling what you are saying. To continue the constant cycle of like attracts like decide what type of energy you want to see more of in your life, then pick your affirmations accordingly. Remember, energy follows thought.

 

 

Here is an exercise to discover what type of affirmations to us: Look at the two affirmations below. Which one will attract more of what you want, and which one will attract more of what you do not want? That is what you have to ask before using an affirmation. OK now for the exercise!

 

 

“People do not listen to me.” or

 

“Everyone enjoys listening to what I have to say.”

Next you will see how to turn your list of wants into affirmations. Make sure you are thinking of your personal wants so you can create your own list too.

 

 

Keep the following points in mind when crafting your affirmations

 

1) Phrase your affirmations in the present tense. Write them as if you are enjoying them right now.

 

For example: If your goal is to attract more love, a suitable affirmation might be: ‘I am surrounded with more and more love everyday. I feel love all around me’.

 

 

What are your dreams and desires again? Your affirmations should reflect what you want more of in your life.

 

 

Here are some examples of a goal and the affirmation crafted specifically for affirming …

 

 

1) Goal: abundance in all areas of my life

 

Affirmation: I am abundant in all areas of my life

 

2) Goal: stability

 

Affirmation: I am stable in all areas of my life

 

3) Goal: I want to win

 

Affirmation: I am a winner!

To attract this and more, write some affirmations and simply allow the universe to respond to your most desired thoughts. Saying affirmations out loud has been known to be preferred by some. However, saying affirmations out loud has nowhere near the same impact as repeatedly hearing the same words inside your mind.

 

 

So where do you place your affirmations now? Place them wherever you will be reminded of them.

Only when you choose have the Resolve and Determination to lead a Happier and more Positive life, will you be Naturally inclined to use a Healing Process of Positive Affirmations. You cannot “force” yourself to be Happy. However, you CAN choose to be Joyful at anytime. When you make this Choice, you can Reinforce and Invigorate the process with living and eating balanced. Healing and Positive Affirmations look good on you. LOA 101: What Do You Want?

 

What do you truly want?

The first step in manifesting what you want is to identify what you want. The Universe needs to know what your heart deeply desires before you can begin the process of manifesting with awareness. If you do not know where you are going, the universe does not know either. Before you answer the question. Please take a few seconds to visualize the universe as unlimited in its source and power. What if you could have everything you wanted without restriction and the rest of the world would still have plenty.

There is no reason to hold back now is there? The universe is already aware of the correct time and space to send you what you desire. As you write down your goals..I want you to be totally unreasonable about the goals you write down. The key to acquiring anything in this life is to first identify what you intend on attracting first.

You must be clear on what you want since the (unlimited stream) we call the universe wants to support your most desired as soon as the time is right. When is one thing you do not have to think about. The universe measures time in a totally different sense than we do. The universe is vast and limitless! You need not be concerned about how or when something will happen. Leave that task to the Forces that be  to take care of.

Again, the first key to having your desires is to identify what they are. For example: What do you want to see in your life 3 years from now, what about 3 months from now or even next month? Start asking questions and write down some answers. This exercise does not have to be too intense, but it is a major step in moving forward on your manifesting journey. Look at it as an opportunity to be the best you can be!

Clarify your goals with joy. Over time you may want to add to your list and tweak it to your liking. That is great. Do not think of writing down your goals as a one time thing. Over time you will definitely have more goals and desires. Remember I said dream big!

Adding to your goals from time to time will keep your list current and in harmony with the direction you are walking in. Here is an example of someones list of goals:

As time goes on uncertainty about what you desire will go away, then a new vibrancy can flow into your mind and bring to the surface all the things that make you smile. As you watch your desires come to life. You will find even more reasons to smile.

When individuals do not feel open about identifying their goals its because there is usually fear present.

It is important to understand that fear is nothing but a diagnostic message that the kidneys are sending to the brain signaling a call to us for attention. When we experience fear it is not an emotion as we have been conditioned to believe. Instead it is natures alarm from the kidneys to come balance and heal this particular organ.

Please read more about this in the Chinese 5 organ profiling system. This process is quite simple but very comprehensive as well, the body shows us exactly what is out of harmony all the time. We only have to know how to read the signals it sends out. As with everything else in the world, with time, comes greater understanding.

Next just for fun, write a list of things you do not want, put that list on top of the trash, place it in a drawer, in an envelope or throw away the list of things you DO NOT want. Smile as do it. You may want to keep this list tucked away somewhere instead of simply throwing it away for review later. This way you can see the difference it has made in your life to have attracted what you want.

The Law of Karma Defined

Karma is defined as many things. Some say it’s definition is:  You get what you put out. Whatever you release into the universe, Comes back to you in one way or another.

Some religions say karma is a person who has done bad things in past lifetimes, resulting in misfortune in future lifetimes. Karma is also defined as obstacles too. Karma is also birth, aging, sickness, and death.

Karma is not a punishment or reward but simply an extended expression or consequence of natural acts from a past action. According to some Indian religions. Karma is not fate. They believe we have  free will, so we are always free to  create our own destiny.

Take a look at the another notion of karma. Westerners say words like: You reap what you sow, live by the sword die by the sword or what goes around comes around. In other words: What we put out is returned to us.We can expect the same result when we do something for or against another. This is like the Law of Attraction in some ways. Ex: If you think about a person with a good or bad intention for them you are sending energy at that moment.

You move on in your life however, At some point in your life that energy will be reflected back to you. Karma will return to the person in some way, no one knows how or when though. The karmic return will happen whenever the universe finds the time to complete its karmic cycle. Other religions say The law of cause and effect is another way of saying The Law of Karma. The life should be measured by the amount of karmic debt one has.

Karma plays an important role in determining how one’s life should be lived.In another notion about The Law of Karma it is said that before we came to earth we choose how (and when) to receive the challenge of earthly life lessons of retribution for the wrong done in previous lives. This could have taken the form of Disabilities, physical or mental impairment or even a stagnant life are due to the choices one makes before being born into a new life and into new body on earth.Whatever we put out will potentially come back to us in some way. It’s important to know about Karma.

In Indian religions is the concept of “action” or “deed”, understood as that which causes the entire cycle of cause and effect (i.e., the cycle called saṃsāra) originating in ancient India and treated in Hindu, Jain, Buddhist and Sikh philosophies. The idea that the moral quality of one’s actions influences one’s rebirth is absent from India until the period of the shramana religions, and the Brahmins appear to have adopted this idea from other religious groups.

In the west, karma is often confused with concepts such as the soul, psychic energy, synchronicity (a concept originally from psychoanalyst Carl Jung, which says that things that happen at the same time are related), and ideas from quantum or theoretical physics. There is an absolute connection between Karma and quantum physics But that would be an even longer article to break down the argument. We will keep it simple on this article.

Karma means “deed” or “act” and more broadly names the universal principle of cause and effect, action and reaction, that governs all life. In some definitions of Karma; The effects experienced are also able to be reversed by good actions and are not necessarily a sealed fate. Yey!

That is to say, a particular action now is not binding to some particular, pre-determined future experience or reaction; it is not a simple, one-to-one correspondence of reward or punishment. So it is not only a thing with karma where it is of a spiritual nature but it is also the inner workings of something larger than you and I working as a constant, limitless law that must be carried out no matter what is going on, at all times and in all spaces.

So the law of attraction and the law of karma are very similar, yes? Though they are still different. The Law of Attraction states that you are always attracting like a magnet to you, as a result of your thoughts and karma, you receive back what you put out.

And based on this karmic count you must repeat certain lessons on the earthly plane until you correct all that you have done outside of divine order. There is a strong connection between the two of these Laws but they are very different.

It seems The Law of Karma is the consequence of the actions that are out of alinement divine order that follows us for several incarnations until we fulfill the Karmic debt by setting things right and The Law of Attraction is what we use to reject and attract things magnetically moment to moment with our feelings, thoughts and actions.

It is important to watch what you do, think and speak. Why you might ask? Because you will create more of that in the world and you will attract more of it to you. So there, go forth and enjoy life fully knowing that, it is truly beautiful! Plus you have a paint brush to make is as colorful as you choose to!

Introduction to the Law of Attraction

Manifesting happens everyday whether we want it to or not, we are always attracting things and people to us. The absolute key to Manifesting without missing a mark, is to do so with confident intention and complete awareness.

There is so much an individual can do to transform their present situation into a one that is more rich with experiences, peaceful and resourceful. For ultimate success we should be mindful of several items from day to day. This may seem like a heavy burden, but trust me it is just a bit more than you may be doing right now.

You will see, this is small measure of work to do. I do promise, this new process to be worth every single moment for you. It is true, Most people don’t think they have the time to add even one more detail to their daily routines. I will show you that changing your thinking is the first step restructuring any situations.

There will be some reprogramming that will need to happen on your part to see results sooner than later. You will see your life reshaping right before your very eyes, as you enter this process with new information.

Making a change has never been as rewarding for us on the inside as well as the outside. The changes we make now have the chance propel us to a constant balance that so many beings seek. The keys to co- creating are in you. Once you experience the direct influence that you have on your world, that is it. You can have the life you knew you were meant to live right here, right now. Full of good health, resources and surrounded with all that you want.

Before we can have abundance in our lives, we have to make some assessments to highlight past patterns but, Also to identify the areas we should do differently. This cannot be overlooked if an individual wants to be proactive in the world. So again the beginning of Building and Maintaining Abundance is is to process our current perception of reality with a fine toothed comb before we can expect to see any lasting improvements in our lives now or in the future.
